What is a snail mail club?

Mijita Letters is a snail mail club where members receive curated letters and creative goodies sent through the mail each month. Unlike a digital newsletter, everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold, open, and look forward to.

Each Mijita Letters delivery includes a beautifully written letter, original artwork or prints, stickers, recipe cards, playlists, and creative prompts or activities inspired by stories, culture, nostalgia, and everyday magic.

The goal is to create a small pause in your month — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel part of a larger community of people opening their envelopes alongside you.

It’s called “snail mail” because it celebrates the slower, more intentional pace of sending and receiving real mail — something simple, tangible, and personal in a world that often feels too fast and too digital.

When do I get my letter?

U.S. members should receive their envelope within 3–8 days after it ships. International members can expect their letter to arrive within 2–6 weeks, depending on the destination and local mail service.

Part of the beauty of snail mail is the slower pace — the anticipation, the waiting, and the joy of finally seeing your envelope arrive. But if you ever feel like something is wrong or your letter hasn’t arrived, please reach out. We’ll be happy to help.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email us at hola@mijitaletters.com and we will end your subscription or change your address! 

Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending! 

What if I didn't get my letter?

If your Mijita Letters envelope doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us at hola@mijitaletters.com and we’ll make it right — either by resending your letter or refunding you for that month.

Sometimes letters get delayed, returned, or lost in the mail. If a letter bounces back to us, we usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for returns, then resend it to you. If needed, we can also help check with USPS to see what happened.

And if we’re not able to get the letter to you, you’ll receive a refund for that month.

A note on timing: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s Mijita Mail. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

What countries do we ship to?

We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list.
